Joseph’s Jazz Rice

This is sooo good!

I don't know if I had this before or not, but if I did, my hubby made it a little different because he made this with cauliflower rice. Joseph is the chef in the family. Cooking has been hard on me because of the pregnancy, stuff like looking at the texture of the food, certain smell of the food, it's not fun. Lucky, my man has been helping me out a lot and I couldn't ask for anybody better. I love him so much!

Crocheting More Pumpkins!

My mom has a craft fair going on in November and asked me to make more pumpkins and To-go cup cozy’s and I know that she’s gonna have all of her stuff too out on the table and on racks but I also have some chickens that I’m trying to get rid of too. I’ll let y’all know the exact date and where this craft show will be!

Fall Pumpkin Mood

Been in a pumpkin mood all weekend! Went to Hobby Lobby and got so inspired as I was look at all of their Fall decor. After I left Hobby Lobby I went to Publix just to get myself hot chocolate, whip cream, and cinnamon powder and OMG it was soooo good! Chillin in my bed with my hot cocoa in my pumpkin shaped mug and watching a cozy fall themed movie. Had an amazing evening.

Pregnant With Baby #2

It is true, I am pregnant!!

I was hiding it for as long as I can until now since my family and friends know. Joseph and I went to a free Pregnancy Center who confirmed my pregnancy and we got to see our baby. That was so excited for the both of us. We are even more excited to find out the gender when it is time. Justus is also excited to be a big brother. Our whole family is excited to meet our little bundle of joy in a couple of months.

I'm Still Alive! LOL

I am still alive! lol I haven't been feeling well for the past couple of days and I just uploaded a vlog from a few days ago about me and Justus hanging out at the mall and that video will be release tomorrow. I mostly been on bedrest and I've been feeling really tired. NOW, I feel better than I did before but my stomach is a little yuck so I've been eating anything cold to ease my stomach and then I'm good to go! Trying to been more productive so I don't sleep all day.

Vlogging has been a little harder do to me not feeling well and other stuff going on and work but once we get everything figured out, then hopefully I'll be able to post vlogs every week.

Universal Aventura Hotel

    My hubby and I been staying at one of Orlando, Florida Universal Hotels and we enjoyed our time at Universal Aventura Hotel. We stayed in the deluxe king room and the view was AMAZING! I honestly see this place more for adults than for kids. They're pool is small but very relaxing and they do have a splash pad  for the kids. We did get to try their robot name Relay who delivers small items to your room. That was an awesome experience and can't wait to do it again next time we stay at there!

    We came to Universal Aventura Hotel for my birthday and I read online that they give you a birthday button and a birthday card the day you check in and that's what I got. People also comment saying that they received a slice of cake in the room but I didn't get that. I'm guessing they did that before covid hit or their friends or family did it before they got to the room. But, wearing the birthday button came with good perks. My hubby and I been getting discounts at some places because it was my birthday. I would love to do this again with my family.

Crochet Project Ideas

 Woke up this morning trying to think of a project that I can crochet and then I realized, I already have 3 or 4 projects I'm working on. I'm crocheting 2 different sweaters, a crop sweater, and I'm still trying to work on my husbands blanket. There is no way I can start a new project. Here are 2 projects I have in mind:

  

New style of chicken Alfredo!

So Joseph has been blowing up my phone with ideas of what he wants to make and try. He made a pizza style of the chicken Alfredo with bacon and spinach. Right now we’re letting it cooled down before we burn our mouth lol
